Excellent! Kyle is very thorough and was done in about 90 minutes. I asked him not to use fragrance and he was happy to comply. Carpet looks great. Be prepared when they arrive. Move anything that is easily moved (side tables, plants, lamps) into another room so all that’s left is recliners, couches, etc. You will need to wait until the next day to move everything back so plan ahead.
We had such a great experience with this company! They were fast to provide an estimate and very knowledgeable! They scheduled us very quickly and did a GREAT job on our office carpets! We would highly recommend Matt & Kyle!!
After receiving one of those cards in the mail with a discount for carpet cleaning I called NBCC for an estimate. The price Matt quoted was HALF of what I had been paying for fewer rooms. So, I gave them a try. Matt is VERY knowledgeable about carpet and I learned so much from him. He and Kyle cleaned both levels of my 2500 ft home in about 2 hours. If you haven't already tried NBCC, make it your first choice next time you clean your carpets. Kyle arrived on time and with a great personality. Just look at those carpets!
We used Nebraska’s Best 5 years ago when we first moved into our house and we used them again this week to have 3 rooms cleaned. We are extremely happy with the results! All of the employees are super friendly and make sure you’re satisfied with their work. Not only were our carpets cleaned, we were educated about how to maintain and take care of our carpets for its longevity. I highly recommend Nebraska’s Best!
