I have been there for three surgeries and have never been treated better, I knew every step where I was during the procedure everyone was kind and considerate from the time I get there to the time I got home I have had a awesome turn around, the problem I had is gone, Kellie was my first nurse and was awesome and very sweet, she kept my spirit up and we had a laugh or two, thank you to the staffing and my doctor and PA for the great job, thanks Mike
Terrible communication with the "adults" who brought me in for surgery. Anesthesia change the day before. Anesthesiologist was a PA, which I was not notified of, I learned this the day I returned home when I did some research of my own, since he referred to himself as a "Dr." I was rushed after my surgery to leave their center . . . I do not remember being taken to a post-op room, just directly back to my "area," and served a soda and asked to get up and walk on my knee that just had surgery on it within half an hour of surg... read more
