Can zero stars please be an option? We rented a home for literally $2300 a month for a year. A gorgeous brand new home. No issues with the home. We cleaned from top top to bottom even mowed the lawn when we left. They took almost the whole 2300 deposit for carpet cleaning and re painting. The home was new, we were there a year. Actual scum. No advocacy for tenants. Took our entire deposit and wants more to cover BS charges. No move-out list was given. They want to charge us for lawncare AFTER we'd moved out, a final water bill which we paid, and carpet cleaning (even though they refused to clean the carpet before we moved in). Somehow these things add up to hundreds more than our deposit.
