First impressions were great but as time went on they had no time for me. After several ER visits, I could not get a hold of them. They were also not aware of what meds they prescribed me. I had to find a new doctor.
If you can get in... Great service. Unfortunately they have caps, which makes sense. Though it creates a distrust. Should have gone to the ER because we couldn't get in. We arrived way before their closing time, but they explained the provider had reached their cap. So now we get to drive back home, which is over 1 hour away. The other walk in clinics were closed today. So when we called and told what time they closed we rushed over. Trying to prevent an unnecessary ER bill or ER congestion. The appt was great. I was seen in a timely manner. The nurse was great and the doctor, Dr. Lodhia is awesome!
