My family and I are so thankful for the incredible care my mom received during her stay at Bellevue Medical Center Hospital. The nurses and aides were absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and so attentive to her needs. They treated her with such compassion and respect, taking time to make sure she was comfortable and reassured every step of the way.
My husband and I just took our 12 yo son to the ER to have a ring removed from his swollen finger. It was not an easy task due to the ring's metal type. However, everyone we encountered was professional, courteous, and caring. Allison was wonderful-- so warm, cheerful, professional, and attentive to our son and his ordeal.
