I don't believe leaving a review does anything. After being there I saw the horrible reviews. I wish I had known before I went there but it was close and I was oblivious to the substandard care. The doctors were kind and caring. The nurses needed to be sent to the land of misfit nurses. Close to zero contact while I listened to them gaffaw and gobble at the nurses station. A certain degree of decorum should exist in an emergency room. Not there. Disgraceful.
I'm not coming back. I took my son in for a yearly physical and to get shots if needed, as I did last year. This physical itself took all of 5 minutes but the doctor we got was causing me great concern when he couldn't tell me what shots my son had last year because the system was confusing him and made it seem like he was OK with just giving him the shots again even if he already had them (which was not an option for me) than he starts asking my 13yr old son personal questions, which at first seemed fine and I dont usually ... read more
