The lady in the front desk, can’t remember her name but she has no reason working in this profession if she is going to be absolutely disgusting and rude. I wouldn’t recommend taking any of your family or loved ones to be put into care here. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people here.
If I could give this hospital, a zero star rating I would. I will never step foot back in this hospital. I went there because I was having left-sided pain. My kidneys were angry. The next day, my levels were a bit better, but I wasn’t able to go to the bathroom. They sent me home or tried to send me home that same day when I couldn’t use the bathroom. Starts when you come in to check at desk, best ladies are so sweet and kind.All the nurses in the are the best, Erin has taken care of my husband, such an amazing nurse. Explains everything to us.My husband has dementia and cancer, she is very attentive with him.Today i had my first chemo treatment, Erin,she was my nurse, she knew I nervous, sat down and got me calmed before we started,
I can see why this hospital has such a crappy rating. My 95 year old mother sat in the waiting room of the ER for 6 hours before even being seen while several people who came in after us was taken back for treatment....and then when they took her back they acted like they knew nothing. Never even asked to look at the paperwork we brought them from her facility and the triage nurse was explained everything when we first got there. Took over another 2 hours to treat her and this was at midnight. This hospital totally sucks!!!
