This is unreal. You can't make this stuff up. I ask for a pillow. I get a rolled up towel to use a one. I ask for something for my headache. The nurse never came back. I haven't even been checked on in a while. Another blood test, this will take 1 hour to get results back. I have been here for 3 hours already. I can't even get a pillow. I have never gone through this in my life. The care here is troubling.
The lady in the front desk, can’t remember her name but she has no reason working in this profession if she is going to be absolutely disgusting and rude. I wouldn’t recommend taking any of your family or loved ones to be put into care here. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people here.
If I could give this hospital, a zero star rating I would. I will never step foot back in this hospital. I went there because I was having left-sided pain. My kidneys were angry. The next day, my levels were a bit better, but I wasn’t able to go to the bathroom. They sent me home or tried to send me home that same day when I couldn’t use the bathroom.
