Very impressed with the Drs, Nurses and CNAs at the hospital here, to include the ER, who were very helpful and amazingly caring during a crisis and painful situation. Their competency and compassion are both greatly appreciated.
I was there for just a small blood draw, but everything went very well and fast. The staff that I interacted with were wonderful.
A dear friend shared BMC's hidden basement blessing - The Farmhouse Grill!! I'm fairly certain the BMC employees enjoy the benefits of a nutritional breakfast to start their shift but it's open to visitors also. Easy access (stairs or elevator) to a cafeteria style (not sorry but no silverware), made to order breakfast with a wide variety of choices & a host of HOT morning beverages await folks visiting BMC Community at reasonable prices! Malissa in the ER is the worst! My 16 month old baby with adrenal insufficiency woke up at 5am vomiting several times. In a crying panic, I rushed to the ER, checked in, and we were led to the triage room for Malissa to get my baby's vitals. Baby interrupted the vitals process twice to vomit, and I'd rush to bend him over the sink in that triage room. This visibly upset Malissa.
