I Have been spending a lot of time at the infusion center. The front desk ladies are amazing. Dee Dee such a joy to see every time I come in. The nurses and text that do my Infusions for Fluids or Iron are phenomenal and so kind and compassionate. Thank you for all you do
Another round of “Don’t listen to the Patient” at the check-in desk for lab work and X-Ray’s. Desk clerk was so perfect that he knew everything I had to say before saying it, resulting in not being seen, no schedule checking, completely overlooking my spouses check-in and then not prepping for everything needed. Such power in the hands of an ID 10 T. Not only very rude, but he assumes that EVERY old person can HEAR and UNDERSTAND what he is saying. I cannot understand the bad reviews. I have always had a good experience at this location. I’ve been seen in a timely manner. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. My care has always been excellent.
We made appointments in February to have a form signed for DHHS (med clearance). I made my appointment with Papillion Med because Bellevue Med had 0 female doctors--my appointment was held and the form was immediately uploaded to MyChart, zero issues. My husband at Bellevue Med is dealing with his form being apparently lost. We have followed up calling and emailing Every.Single.Week. for 2 MONTHS, and cannot get a new form to his doctor to re-sign. Mind you...we've been billed for that February appointment. I had the best stay at this hospital. I absolutely loved it .the drs were awesome ..came in and chatted with me. ER was super . The nurses were charming and you could tell they loved there job. The food Omg was outstanding . Thank you to everyone of you that got me better and got me home in 3 days. I rate it a 10+
