Total Incompetence by Neblett Properties – I would recommend avoiding Neblett Property Management at all costs. They are extremely slow in making repairs and they don't really seem to care all that much about the needs of their tenants. Additionally, this is hands-down the most disorganized company that I've ever had to deal with. They are constantly misplacing things (rent checks, maintenance requests, etc.) and their office receptionist is unbelievably rude.
