I notice all the reviews are for people using him to manage their rentals. As someone who rented a short term apartment managed by him he is incompetent, unprofessional and very possibly a downright crook. Me & my partner started out with our very first STR unit, we had hired another co-host to help us get started & Manage our total unit, it was a total nightmare dealing with them, then we found Neatdwell, they came to the rescue and got our unit up and running in no time, it was a no brainer for them. After having a previous short-term rental listing with partners I opted to hire Neatdwell to acquire a property of my own; since I had no desire to deal with all the changes that's occurred in the arbitrage market. I can say that the process was not seamless but definitely worth it. Initially I insisted on getting a unit close to where I lived and I was provided with 3 properties walking distance from me.
