I always recommend Dr. Neat as an orthodontist! Not only did she give me a Neat Smile back in the mid-1990s, but she has helped several of my family members, and now she’s working with my children! Her staff are kind and attentive, which makes this office a very pleasant place every time. I give the highest reviews to Dr. Neat’s whole office!

I would go elsewhere I have never actually taken the time to write a review, but wishing I had read something that would have helped me make a better decision for an orthodontist in Allen has lead me to make this effort. The office has the strangest 'vibe'. I agree 100% that you are made to feel like you are an intrusion and a bother to the staff. The person that sits on the left hand side at front desk when you walk in has some of the worst 'social skills' I've encountered in a medical office and she in impatient, rude and ... read more
Great care from Dr. Neat and Staff!!! Have lived in Allen since the late 70's and had friends my age that actually used Dr. Neat in the 80's. Now my son goes there and is provided great care and comfort. He looks forward to every visit. Staff is wonderful and caring as well! I do not understand about it being cold and unwelcoming. I have never seen that from any of the staff or Dr. Neat.
