I feel obligated to add my review to this list of reviews. I purchased items 4 times from Nearly Natural. The first three plants that I bought were very nice and I was very happy with them. The 4th plant arrived with 1 flower missing on it and did look very fake and not like the picture on the website. The same day that I received the plant, I called customer service and told them that I wasn't happy with the plant and my reasons for wanting to return it. The gift I ordered for my mother's birthday never arrived. Numerous attempts to contact customer service resulted in automated responses. When I was able to reach someone via phone, I was told that my order would ship at the end of the week (more than a month after my initial order). About an hour later, I received an email indicating my order was now canceled due to the company not having the appropriate supplies to make the arrangement. Terrible experience. Bought the 8' Travelers palm, which showed in stock, to just find out a month later that they never had the item in stock in the first place. Waited a while and then received an email that my item ship owed to just be followed by another email saying it was damaged during transit so it was returned and no other items are available for shipping. I purchased two 26" Bougainvillea Artificial Plant in Planter UV Resistant 6 months ago as part of a larger order. First, the items arrived damaged with some of the flowers broken off and others protruding out of the box. I called and left a message with customer but nobody returned the call. Wow!!! I should have read the reviews below before ordering from this company. I just hung up the phone after speaking with their customer service person, Natalie, who was one of the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. I have worked with NearlyNatural thru their drop ship business since 2016. Their customer service was responsive at that time. Since early 2018 this company has progressively lost its good customer service and the products have also declined. They now wont even return products that are clearly dirty and reglued, and dont seem to care about their customers at all.
Ordered a flower arrangement that looked great in the picture online but was dull and hardly natural looking when received. It just looked like a bunch of plastic blobs on top of plastic sticks. I sent back two arrangements, the second had broken vases, but the refund was not processed until 10 days later when I finally called. I was told the ugly arrangement was never received, although the broken vase one was, even though they were in the same box.
