If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived at 1018 w Colorado ave for 2 years. Immediately upon moving in we had issues with mold, flooding in basement due to large holes in foundation where you could see directly outside, faulty electricity, and nonworking appliances. Regardless of dozens maintenance complaints through the residence center, texts, calls, and emails, nothing was ever repaired. We ended up in court because we gave warning that we would be rent withholding until they met Colorado’s warrant of habitability. We went... read more
