I can't say enough great things about Nearby Pool Service. We have used them since we moved to Las Vegas in 2022. They have taken excellent care of the pool and have advised on on the right new equipment we needed at the right time. They are very easy to contact and have helped explain how to troubleshoot any issues we have had. And they are just really nice people.
Derek was SO helpful, professional, and communicated quickly with me. I was a bit unsure of what my pools problem was and he was able to fix it without selling me on a bunch of things I didn’t actually need. Truly on the best experiences I’ve had as a homeowner in general. 100% recommend Nearby Pools.
Talk about responsive. We were so impressed with how quickly Derek was able to help us with our pool filters. And the quality of his work is top-notch. We also asked him to check out a couple of things and he was able to assess the need and make a spot-on recommendation. Also, when he noticed that we had a bunch of leaves on the bottom of the pool, he took the time to vacuum them up, even though he was called to only clean filters.
