Update: biggest issue is there front of house staff / reception. No appointment reminders. Extremely long wait times. Lack of communication from admin. If there were more family MDs around I’d be looking elsewhere, unfortunately this is all we’ve got. I miss Dr Leckie!
Wow, I'm beyond grateful to have a doctor as wonderful as mine. The staff is exceptionally nice and goes above and beyond for their patients. They go through a lot daily and still remain calm and compassionate. 10/10
I have my ups and downs with this clinic. Sometimes it’s a good experience, sometimes not. But now you can NOT get through to reception to make an appointment. I’ve tried 5 different times, different days, different times of day, and it just says (long story short) “high call volume please call again later” then hangs up on you. So I can never get through to even make an appointment. I wish there were at least a way to leave a message or something.
Waste of time no longer a walk-in clinic you have to have a family doctor working there
