Extremely well organized, clean and professional. The staff were professional and very kind. (First time attending here.)
I have been a patient of this office for decades. Now that my original doctor has left, along with the wonderful support staff that worked there the service has taken a drastic turn foe the worst. A simple appointment with my doctor is several months waiting and weeks trying to call and arranging said appointment. People wonder why emerg is overwhelmed? Primary care is literally non responsive.
As a patient: Horrendous service. Just waited on the phone for 30 minutes in the virtual queue to speak to reception. All of that, for reception to pick up and ask me to hold without even talking to me. This bypasses the queue system and I was put on an indefinite hold, until the system said there was a high call volume 15 minutes later. Upon calling back, I wasn't even allowed to enter a queue again. Worst doctor's office for this. They don't seem to care a single bit. Update: biggest issue is there front of house staff / reception. No appointment reminders. Extremely long wait times. Lack of communication from admin. If there were more family MDs around I’d be looking elsewhere, unfortunately this is all we’ve got. I miss Dr Leckie!
