My dad brought his hearing aid in for repair, never heard back from them. He called and left many messages and near north hearing centre never returned his calls. Finally after 2 years of him calling they answered and said they don’t have them. Place is poorly run, very unreliable and disorganized. Do not recommend this place it takes advantage of elderly and talks down to them.
This place cancelled & rescheduled our appointments 5 times, the next scheduled appointment we showed up to - they said that they did not have us scheduled for that day, and the audiologist wasn't even there that day to see us. I know for sure that our appointment was scheduled for that day/time... we came all the way out of town for nothing.
My first ever appointment to the Near North Hearing Centre and it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and warm, they answered all my questions and made me feel in good hands.
I had a great experience here! The staff were very professional, friendly, and patient. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment at one point, and they were super understanding about it, no hassle at all. The whole process was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work. Definitely recommend!
