I had a great experience here! The staff were very professional, friendly, and patient. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment at one point, and they were super understanding about it, no hassle at all. The whole process was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to share an excellent experience I had at Near North Hearing! I recently took my child to Near North Hearing for a hearing test, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Took my 3 year old daughter here as this is the only place that will accept children they had ti reschedule her first appointment in April, was told to call to book follow up appointment it is now October and i have yet to get my daughter back in.. they constantly cancel appointments last minute, or schedule appointments and dont tell you and call to cancel yet again, i had to get my family dr to fax them to book appointment which of course was canceled i am very fed up with this place and now will need to travel to sudbury ... read more
