I have received excellent care from the Dunkirk office. Office staff are courteous and pleasant. The medical staff have diagnosed and treated conditions that my previous dermatologist did not. Today I was seen by a young man, Chen Zhang, who is going to attend med school to be a dermatologist. I liked him very much and would gladly look for him whrn he completes his medical training.
I've never had a bad experience here. Office and medical staff very thorough and pleasant. Only fault I'd found was 2 different times a male patient was extremely rude to Dr. Kim because they were just wanting to be petty, loud and macho.
This is a wonderful place to receive dermatology care!! The staff is kind caring compassionate and very knowledgeable! I would especially love me to recognize Neel Cheruvu, Zack Neilson, Zander Platkin, Dr. Kim, and Krista !!!Thank you so much !!
This is my daughter's second time of going to near me Dermatology we saw Nicholas today. He is in training and the reason why I am giving this review on Nicholas is because he actually took the time to explain what my daughter has ,what they were going to do to treat it and he also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Office staff is very nice and easy to make appointments. Medical assistant was very nice, too. Nurse practitioner was nice, but didn't take time to talk to me and explain the medication or creams she prescribed for me. Third person came into and didn't get introduced to. They found a spot and was going to remove spot with me standing behind my knee.
