In my opinion, this is the most unprofessional and unresponsive office I have ever dealt with. I went for an initial visit. The appointment was approximately 11 minutes. He said I needed to get further tests so he basically just looked at my feet. He charged for a nail debridement that he did not perform. I reached out several different ways and spent several months trying to get the fraudulent charge of $97.00 corrected. I asked repeatedly for a call back from either Dr. Shukla or his office manager. Didn't look at MRI, rushed through the appointment, didn't offer a diagnosis or practical solution. I went to Weil Foot and Ankle, they were actually patient enough to look and find what the actual problem was. Avoid this guy at all costs.
Excellent care with wound specialist Dr Neal Shukla & his nurse Jennifer I was able to get appt on short notice- thanks to Jennifer juggling me into their schedule before I left on a trip. Very thorough treatment.
This doctor is terrible. My appointment was April 4th it is April 25th I still don’t have my prescription. His office staff lies. They said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called my insurance they had no record of any of it. I am giving up on this doctor.
