Have been going to this physician for years. Find him to be very knowledgeable and great communicator between him & I. He also did a trial study that allowed insurance companies to provide coverage for prostrate treatment. Last year was diagnosed with prostate cancer that fortunately had not spread. Dr Shore is not my doctor and this is no reflection on him. My appt was Monday with Dr Young I recd no less than 4 text messages reminding me of my appt and one of them requiring me to enter number one to confirm I arrived and after a short wait I was informed that Dr Young was not in and that I should have recd an email. The only thing I recd was text reminders including one Monday morning I have been getting bills from march and April of 2024. Not much to say, Dr. Shore reviews my PSA and testosterone and we set an appointment for a few months later.
The nurse was kind and able and performed her duty(blood test) well
