They could work on improving their level of customer service here. Dr. Neal and his assistants are wonderful. The office manager was curt on more than one occasion. Their rates are reasonable compared to other dentists; however, they don't work as well with insurance as some offices do. In most cases, if the insurance covers something at "100%" such as regular check ups, the dentist accepts the payment and writes off the rest. I think Dr Neal and the office staff are great. They very much care for their patients and have a long-standing and good reputation in Madison. They are all wonderful and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Neal and God Bless.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I will absolutely return.
