I was seen by Dr. Neal Mermelstein for over 40 years. He was the absolute best doctor you could ever have. He has since sold the practice. The new people took over and if you decide to leave they tell you your records have be lost or thrown out. Then blame Dr. Mermelstein. So now my medical history is gone for good. Please take my warning and stay away from this place. I have been told this happened to alot of people.
A complete joke when you try to set up a appointment and all your hear is nothing but the girls in the backround screaming cursing “fuck” couldn't even hear who i was on the phone with

I feel as though I'm being very nice with my three stars considering every single time I go to see Neil I wait at least an hour okay my appointment today was at 10 I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes and then when I finally would gets that to a room I would have been waiting there for another 15 before actually being seen by a doctor so overall I would have been waiting an hour and 20 i got there 15 mins early nothing personal against this doctor but every time I go to see his brother I'm in and out something has to be ... read more
