Dr. Neal let me come for adjustments 6 times between April and July without telling me that he ended his contract with my insurance company. I would normally pay $10 after my insurance per visit, vs the $55 it costs at full. In his office, the receptionist told me not to worry about my copays because they didn’t get the bill back from my insurance yet on what I would owe.
