I’ve been a Neal homeowner for over 8 years. With the help of AI, I did a deep dive into my Elevation Certificate provided by Neal when I bought me new home. I discovered it had an error. I contacted Neal warranty and was directed to their Lee Co. office and explained my issue. Without hesitation Dana Collin’s, took my info and a surveyor was contacted to provide me with a corrected EC. She followed up, was very pleasant and kept me informed and is a true professional and asset to the company.
Extremely poor warranty service. Slow to respond and try to get out of legitimate customer concerns. Build was over a year after guaranteed completion date. Do not recommend!
Wonderful people to work with, and great communities to live in!
