I would Give zero stars if I could!!! Went to er and staff was great!!! I have torn ligament in knee and doctor came in ( Kereem Monolito Marlow ) this doctor absolutely does not have an ounce of bedside manner’s came in and said X-ray ok but you got something torn!! When I asked him for mri or ct he said we can’t do that here and walked out !!!! No compassion for people at all would highly recommend that you choose another hospital!!! Worst visit I ever had they treated me like a dog told me to leave after they saw me wouldn't even let me wait for my ride I walked to the dg 3 miles away where they treated me great let me hang around 6 hrs waiting for my ride I was from out of state I as also peeing blood do to a forgotten ureatal stent if I had to get surgery done on Jonesboro I'd rather get it done at the dg store Jonesboro n.e.a makes you look bad you should fire the staff and turn the building into a dg store where they're great People ready to help y... read more
It's probably the worst place for billing!! If you don't have insurance and go through financial assistance you can forget about them sticking to their rules. They make them up as they go along. There is NOTHING Christian about this place!! There is ONLY 1 person that deals with ALL of the financial assistance program. They promised my husband a discount yet reniged on it by telling him different % rates for his tests. They cafeteria EVERYTHING in pricing so they are not across the board.
