This place is great. They can show Delta Dental a thing or two
If I could give them a zero I would, receptionists are very rude apparently the ones that were nice and knew you by name no longer work here, mistake. They help who they want to, send you to kiosk and only help you if you are a man. They didn't want to see me because I have a copay and I didn't have to today was told to reschedule until I had money to pay, I just needed refills, told them I was a diabetic I was only here because she told me too, they said oh we didn't know it just says checkup. I was very sick. I was in and out. Kinda disappointed they didn’t do a breathing treatment on me when I was clearly wheezing but I did get steroids. They need to be a little more aware of treatment for asthma and bronchitis. I do recommend this place if you are in a hurry and have good insurance. My copay was $25.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Drove over a hour for help with a virus that created ulcers all in my mouth. In extreme pain. Waited a hour in the waiting room to encounter Dr. Rust who was hateful upon entering the room. Before I was even seated, she was standing in the room and said, “what’s going on”. Went in this morning to get x-rays on my ribs. I wasn't there not even an hour. Was seen by Dr.Henry. He was very nice and theral! Everyone so friendly too. I have trouble with Mychart and today a nice lady at the front desk help me out. Overall the visit went perfectly...
