Dr. Rowlett is heaven sent. He has been taking care of me for over 10 years. I wouldn’t go to any other podiatrist. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
The care was excellent, however, I need paperwork filled out. The initial paperwork was attended to quickly. I need additional information sent to my employer and I tried calling and was on hold for 25 minutes the first time, then call just ended. The second time, I was on hold for 28 minutes. I ended the call. The third time, I got someone only to be told the persons who could help were doing clinical (understandable). She took down my name and number for someone to call me back.
