Me and my 10 year old daughter attended yesterday. Linda the receptionist was very pleasant/ informative! Brian did our acupuncture and he was very patient with my daughter and put her at ease when he was applying the needles! The owner was a very cool person also.

Far infrared sauna is my favorite thing to do. That's the best way to relax and feel so good afterward. I used to have a sleeping problem because I was stressed out all the time. My feet was always cold and my back was so sore. I never had a deep sleep for about a year. Acupuncture treatments and far infrared sauna sessions changed my life. I came in for knee pain and overall stress. I didnt expect much coming in but was surprised at how great I felt after I left. The space is very relaxing and the staff is wonderful. I definitely will be returning and trying out the full menu of services offered. This is a great alternative to consistent pain or drugs that do nothing but mask the pain.

I was ready to accept the reality that whether I was sitting or standing I was almost always going have some degree of pain, discomfort, or tension in my lower back, neck, and shoulders. I saw Rachel for my first visit (cupping therapy and Tui Na massage) and have nothing but positive things to say. I was amazed at how she managed to alleviate all of it and tapped into lots of tension I was carrying in my legs and hips that I was unaware of. I will definitely be back for my second visit next month.

I admit I was skeptical of the experience, but my wife has had nothing but miraculous results from her visits regarding back pain, when nothing else would make a difference. For the issues I went to address, my first visit made significant progress and I look forward to maintaining the relationship and working more with them.
