I'm so happy I found out about NE Wellness. I always look forward to going to the sauna every week to help me de-stress and work through some of my skin & digestive health issues. It's very clean and nicely designed with great staff!
Amazing full-service wellness clinic in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis
NE Wellness from start to finish has a great way to interact & communicate with their guests. The facility is lovely, calm & intimate & between the Sauna & Acupuncture experiences I've had, I was well impressed. I will continue to return for both services.
For my first yoga class, the instructor was easy to follow and very informative. What a bonus to get acupuncture to finish the experience.

I thrive in Minnesota because of NE Wellness! I have sporadic neck pain and have had life restoring massages here. NE Wellness is a safe place to try new services, because it feels so accessible. I've had cupping done here for the first time and I indulge in their far infrared saunas to further treat muscle pain and mild depression during our long winters. I also love the fantastic selections of essential oils and wellness products. This is my happy place!
NE Wellness has quite literally changed my life. I started going to regular acupuncture (roughly 3x a week) at the end of September...it is so affordable and they offer amazing care. I have been to certified MD’s, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, etc. and nothing has helped me heal like the acupuncture I have received here, and I have seen fast results. I see Mallory and Jason most regularly, but everyone is amazing, welcoming, and ready to help you on your healing journey!
