Absolutely do not use this laboratory. I had a crown done with a custom stain and shade. The initial technician who was supposed to do my custom stain and shade that I interacted with was wonderful . However, that is NOT who my second appointment was with. In fact, as I was expressing my frustration with my dentist and just having to replace the crown in general after 10 years the technician looked at me and said "I don't think that's very productive right now, let's just focus on getting this done shall we?".
