Not very organized for customer pickups and not truck driver friendly.
NCS came highly recommended to me, and I was told to ask for either Mike or John. I had a conversation with Mike Gatto, and he was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever spoken with in my entire life - He actually hung up on me. When I attempted to call back and address that I was hung up on, he hung up on me again. Needless to say, I will not be recommending NCS to anyone EVER.
