We had an array of damage caused by lightning. We were in shock and overwhelmed. We called several companies, but luckily, NCRI was able to come to our rescue. They immediately boarded our broken window, assesed all the damage, took pictures and provided detailed documentation for us to send to the insurance. NCRI should be on every one’s list for catastrophic emergency and restoration services. Our fully furnished basement was flooded on June 3, 2025. As the water streamed in, we called NCRI and their “Swat Team” came to the rescue within the hour. Gloria and Pete took charge in mitigation— pumping out water and saving what they could. The crew worked hard for hours until all water was pumped out. Poor communication made this company really hard to work with while handling an insurance claim. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They couldn’t give me a time frame for a start date after doing the water mitigation so my house sat for weeks with no progress while my family is living in a rental. They had workers who asked for my personal belongings and made it very awkward while I was dealing with a major loss. If I could rate NCRI lower than one star, I would. My experience has been nothing but disappointing and unprofessional. Commitments were made but never fulfilled, and follow-through was consistently lacking. Colton in particular has a pattern of over-promising and under-delivering, which caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I would strongly advise others to seek a more reliable and professional company.
