S. Wilhelm and Glenn initially contacted our business to arrange repairs for one of their vehicles. Despite our repeated efforts—calling, emailing, and texting on a weekly basis—to follow up on the claim, they have failed to respond in any capacity. These people would not communicate and the work that was performed was very poor there mark up on thing was 200 % I would suggest you stay clear of these people unless you want a mess to clean up
If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of work, is the worst I have ever seen. Our house burnt down and had been waiting to start our lives over in our freshly restored home. We moved into a mess and were heart broken. Do not use this company unless you plan to be disappointed and have a headache to deal with.
Recently we had a water leak in our home. Due to that water leak, our ceiling in the basement fell. The damages were wet carpets in the living room, and the family room below, damaged wood floors in the kitchen/dining room and minimal damage to a couch. This all happened on a Friday, while I was at work. We found the damage about 6:00 pm. We called NCRI, and CJ sent a crew right out.
