I was surprised with 3 different bills for the same visit, inconsistent with the statement balance. When I tried contacting them (TWICE) to discuss this discrepancy, I was put on hold by a machine and was shortly told no one can assist me (calls made between 12-4PM). After leaving a polite message with information and a callback number, no call was received from them. Now I am stuck with questions and left with nothing but discrepancies and a due date. I have been going NCH medical group form the time they were in the old building. I've gone to them for routine check ups, Blood work and walk in help. I have not had a bad experience at any time. If you go online and put all your information into Mychart and do your precheck in and remember the folks working there are human beings and treat them with respect I'd be willing to bet your experience will be good as well.

Very rude receptionist. Makes you feel guilty for coming in. Definitely not what you want to hear when you are there for help. This was like this with the old building and hoping the attitude would change with a new facility but unfortunately it hasnt. Its the same snarky and unfriendly reception. NCH needs to do better.
