Do NOT go here for "immediate" care. Nurse Practitioner Danielle Byers is extremely unprofessional and rude. From office attendant and MA are buy wonderful, but the only NP on site runs 3 hrs behind and is rude when she finally gets to you. Only needed a referral for xray and was there 2 1/2 hours before Being seen for 2mins of time to get an xray referral. NP proceeded to make an appointment at xray without asking what time works for my schedule, and when I let her know that the time she set up didn't work.. got VERY rude w... read more
If I could give it a ZERO I would---my niece went there yesterday after fainting and her boyfriend encouraged her to get checked out and they were both treated horribly-- the Nurse Practitioner was Danielle Byers and she was insulting and UNPROFESSIONAL----she was RUDE and told her she was being recorded!!!! My niece is away in college and was scared and confused after fainting in the heat---She is in college and luckily her boyfriend got to his car quickly and found her---what a scary situation to be alone in another state ... read more
Excellent experience from start to finish. Made an online appointment, waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen. Staff and nurses were polite, professional and knowledgeable. A+ all around, thank you!
Excellent care, seen right away, clean facility and very impressed with caregivers. Dr. Oxana Douglas listened, was compassionate and gave me a very thorough exam. I never felt rushed and she even asked if I had any questions after she explained my diagnosis and care. Nurse Natalia Koszalka was kind and thorough. 2 days later and I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend this Immediate Care facility.
What a great experience! Dr. Patel and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. From when you first walk in, you are treated with respect, and put at ease. Thank you.
