I came in for a check up on my high heart rate and my appointment went great! Laura at front desk was super kind and friendly and I really appreciated that as I can tell she had joy while doing her job! I also saw Dr.Brownstein who was great and made me feel comfortable, especially that I’m pregnant. I look forward to my next appointment!
I didn't check out these reviews until after my visit and I have to think they switched up the office staff. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. I was called back with minutes of checking in and getting my vitals taken/speaking with the nurse 10 minutes prior to my appointment. The appointment was very thorough, a clear plan was communicated and labs were ordered. Bloodwork would have been drawn during the appointment if I hadn't scheduled an appointment for end of day (and had been fasting).
The WORST front office I've ever dealt with! Practically impossible to get a referral to see a specialist or medicine refilled, even after seeing someone there that told me that they'd send in a referral to an orthopedic dr. I've never given negative reviews before, but this is healthcare & I can't even EVER get through to the office. It's the answering service 99% of the time.
