Horrible efficiency.
NCH's Primary Care Physicians are leaving the practice and if we select another physician within the NCH practice at the same location at Bonita Springs, we are getting assessed a new patient evaluation fee of $133 with each involuntary change like that. It has already happened to me twice in the year 2024 and 2025. Billing is of no help and they are telling that this fee is valid. NCH Family Medicine Doctors are leaving regularly for concierge at this Bonita Beach location often and when a patient needs to see another Doctor at the same practice, the place is charging a new patient fee. This is outrageous, same facility, same records, same exam rooms, same nurses, then why again a new patient fee? Why is the patient penalized for no fault? All of the staff here is absolutely amazing from the ladies at the front desk, the doctor's assistant, to my new doctor, Leydis Cantillo. Both my doctor and her assistant are so attentive, courteous, and helpful. I am SO GRATEFUL that my insurance selected them and feel like I hit the lotto in getting the best care.
