We were discriminated against for not notifying NCED that we had a service dog which is against Federal law. We were kicked out of the hotel on a 99 deg F day and were forced to find accommodations elsewhere by 9 PM. This was a direct violation of the Federal ADA law. Please beware, Taren Reynolds is a bully by making false accusations against us. Our Service Dog was always on a leash and he made false accusations that the hotel's patrons said he was intimidating. Were discriminated against for not notifying NCED we had a service dog. Kicked out of hotel. This is a direct violation of the Federal ADA law. Beware Taren Reynolds is a bully. Dog was always on leash and hotel said he is intimidating (20 lb Shi-Tzu) and not house trained. He did have accident only due to fact that a guest started acting out and scared him - Thunder just won NBA and dog heard fireworks. He only barked when hotel security came to room to check him out.
Just wow! Rooms are clean, Staff is beyond amazing! Just an awsome place to be!
