Neil was outstanding through the entire process. He greatly assisted us in getting insurance coverage and following through with everything from step one. He is a great communicator and always available via phone or text. We are happy with the work performed and the way the new roof looks. Professional job all the way around. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs roofing replaced.

Neil, is a very Good Customer Service Rep. He always took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. No matter when I would call him he would always take the time to answer my calls and answer my questions. We are very pleased with our New Roof and if anyone is looking to get a New Roof I will always recommend NC Roofing and Please ask for Neil F******** because he is the Best!!

Neil was very helpful in trying to get our insurance to pay for the roof. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. The crew that installed the roof was fast and efficient with a very thorough cleanup. We are very satisfied with everything and would recommend this company.

Neil came by and inspected the roof and found hail damage and was successful at getting my roof payed for by insurance. The roofing crew did a phenomenal job and cleaned up everything when completed. Would recommend NC roofing for further homeowners.

I contacted NC Roofing a few weeks ago and spoke with Neil regarding repairing a corner of our roof that was leaking into the soffit below. Neil advised he was in the area and could respond to our residence in a half hour. Neil inspected the damage and also conducted a thorough assessment of our roof. He found numerous areas that had hail and wind damage. Neil was fantastic throughout the process of getting the roof replaced from hail damage. He is quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. The roofing team left room for improvement as they damaged bushes, garden plants, and plastic fencing. The roofing team also failed to thoroughly clean up and move furniture back after the job was complete. Neil was quick to swing by and worked to correct the issues, but I now have to deal with replacing the plants and taking time to repurchase the plastic fence. Great ex... read more

NC Roofing did a phenomenal job in assisting us with our roofing needs. Neil came by and did an inspection and found evidence of wind and hail damage present. Neil was extremely helpful in working with our insurance company and no doubt without his help, we would not have had our roof replaced. Highly recommend NC Roofing!
