Straightforward pricing. Excellent customer care. During a monthly power chair rental, the battery seemed to not charge right. Dan was here the same day with a replacement battery. The chair I rented was not what I originally asked for on the phone, but was what Dan recommended. It was better than what I asked for & it was absolutely perfect for what I needed.
