Located inside the Grand Century food court. They sell pressed nuoc mia (sugarcane juice) and nuoc trai cay (fruit & veggies juices). Even when busy, the wait isn't too long. At today's visit, the nuoc mia tac (kumquat sugarcane) wasn't too good or quenching. You can barely taste the kumquat in it and the sugarcane itself didn't have much of it's distinct taste. Worth the price tag? No. But it's still better than some other shops.
Plain sugarcane juice 32 ounce without ice is $5 more than with ice was crazy. But still worth it if you can chill it at home and drink it.
The penny-sized slices of raw sugarcane spinning behind the counter’s glass caught my eye right away, a sugarcane press machine pulls them through for every glass of juice. I ordered the honeydew with boba—the nuoc mia itself came out a crisp, grassy-sweet green, cold and not overly syrupy, with the boba offering a soft, chewy bite. Prices went up but still reasonable. The narrow space has a few high-top tables by the window, but most foot traffic grabs plastic cups to go under the bright fluorescent lights.
Drink was just sugar!
