I can't say enough positive things about my experience with NC Automotive Repair! My family and I were traveling from South Dakota back to Kentucky pulling our travel trailer when the rear differential failed on my truck in Omaha. After going to a local Ford dealership and being told they were booked out two months, I arrived at Nathan's shop. Nathan was awesome to work with! He quickly diagnosed the problems my vehicle was having and fixed them even faster. His explanations and costs were very easy to understand and he was quick to respond to messages and phone calls with updates. Would recommend!!
Nathan was a total lifesaver for me when my car broke down over the weekend! Word of mouth led me to NC Automotive and I'm so glad it did. Nathan was prompt and friendly and explained things clearly to me. I explained to him we were aware of other issues with the car but that it wasn't in the budget to repair those things now.
