Well I hate to be the one to pile more POOP on what appears to be an already poopy situation but….ok here we go… so my wife and I moving out of state to TN and we’re looking for a place to live. We are going to build a new house and needed a rental until then. My wife and I did all the googling of opportunity’s in that area and found this place. This management company is a joke. They actually charge you to pay your rent on line. They impose outrageous pet processes for pet waste when they make no attempt to resolve the issue costing tenants to either rehome their pets or pay outrageous fees. As far as maintenance on the limited property grounds mowing once an every 3 weeks and throwing moldy mulch over the overgrown weeds is pathetic.
