NBS Property Management is a phenomenal company. This will be long, but it tells the wonderful story on what NBS Property Management can offer. I spent 4-5 years dealing with difficult situations from a previous management company and had very horrible experiences. No responses, landlord attempting to withdraw money unauthorized, not refunding unauthorized transactions, not fixing the HVAC unit/not replacing the Freon, and causing me to deal without air conditioning in the summer for an entire year. Great company ! They are wonderful to their tenants and prompt on responding to any questions or concerns. Our community was kinda a mess until they have taken over and things are improving day by day.
You all are doing amazing. I love how you all are on top of the issues we are having along with the courtesy calls and messages. You all work with people and it's amazing. The staff is very professional.
