My first time renting with NBS and so far they've been the best Property Management company I've dealt with in Knoxville. They actually take care of issues in apartments when you put in a maintenance request. The people that work for them are respectful and kind as well. I would definitely rent from them again.
Daniel the maintenance man is a true professional, he took care of the issues and takes his time to do the job right and we are happy he was able to fix the issues. Mr Daniel is a very professional .he is a 300 star employee in my book,and thank you nbs for your time and help today on colt dr. In beautiful Lo gan's court. My family and I had a bad experience with the NBS team.
We would highly recommend this company to rent from!!! We started our journey with them March 2024 and it was nothing, but a pleasant experience. Any maintenance issues or concerns period always got fixed right away. Then the property got sold off to a new owner and things became a bit rocky, but that was no fault to NBS. They still tried to do right with us. Even helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed some paperwork they were very helpful and got it to me right away!
