Loan closer revised interest credits within my mortgage and pulled forward my first payment 30 days. This practice was unknown to the loan originator and myself. It was not discovered until I was at title with my new construction builder. I had to either sign the term or risk my loan not funding that day which could have resulted in breach of my contract and loss of my home. Completely unethical practice, as a veteran I was extremely disappointed.
