Was connected to NBKC bank via one of ******** programs. After a short 15-20min call, was sent an estimate shortly after. Compared it to several others, they were quick on the response, beat the competition on their estimates, surprised me at the rate we were able to get considering we just climbed out of some credit rebuilding.Handful of emails to exchange various documents, and boom from start to finish just about a month give or take from initial contact to signed & funded refi. When I first applied I received a response very quickly. The **** representative was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns.The process from application through closing was smooth. The **** representative kept me informed of the status of the process and what to expect so I was ready.
