Outstanding professional service! I was overwhelmed with a situation that I was thrust into, I was given the responsibility as POA for my sister’s estate after a catastrophic event occurred at her residence. The professionals at NBD assisted me every step of the intricate process from emergency services to remediation and reconstruction. Everyone involved with this company, including the owner, treated me with empathy and compassion while rendering the utmost professional service!
The NBD team did a stellar job cleaning up the damage from a tree falling onto our house and shattering a skylight. We are most impressed with the excellent job they did in boarding up the hole in our roof where the skylight had been. We ended up going through winter, spring and summer before the roof and skylight were permanently repaired by a roofing company.
