They ask credit card info they make you pay , and after refund you because they dont trust you after you send all documentation to them ! be careful they just want to take your informations.
I came in to look at golf carts and I was not taken seriously or even given the time of day..... Update after response. Several employees were in the office. It was pretty dead and employees were pretty relaxed and just conversating with eachother. One did approach me and then just brushed me off. Being you replied 4 years later it's pretty easy to blame everything on covid now.
I made an internet inquiry on a cart I saw on their website in December. Charlie reached out to me the next day and got me all the details on the cart. I made an offer and we agreed on a deal. I didn't have anywhere for the cart until spring and they kept it at their facility until mid March. Then they were going to bring the cart to their Sioux Falls dealer as I'm 3 hours closer to there than Des Moines.
