Dr. Keri and "super" staff I just made a post for Dr. Hoss and wanted to write about Dr. Keri as well, each time I have been there I have never had to wait and once again thank you for the Starbucks! Also the ladies in the back are so sweet, I can't rember her name but she did the cleaning and talked to child to help make her feel more relaxed.
Loyal patient I have been taking my 3 kids for the past 8 years to this office. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My kids love Dr Keri and her staff and can't wait to go for their appointment. The whole staff are very professional and freindly. The office atmoshere is very child freindly and there is always some kind of activity going on to entertain the kids. Last week they had the Santa and we loved it! We tell everyone we know about them and we feel so lucky to have people like them in our community... read more
Disneyland has competition I've been taking my kids to Dr. Keri for a while now. And everyone I know has been taking their kids there as well. And why not? They have everything a parent would want in doctors caring for their kids and everything a kid would want in a happy fun environment. I have and always will recommend my friends, neighbors and family to the super dentist Dr. Keri.
Awesome experience We've been taking our children to Dr. Keri's office for a few years to the F Street office location and although we've always been happy with the service and Dr. Keri and other doctors there, our children have always preferred to go to their Eastlake office because of all the cool games and decoration. We just went back to their F Street office today and now this location looks even better than their Eastlake. Outstanding experiences with Dr. Keri and Team for over a decade Our two sons (currently 9 and 13) have been patients of Dr. Keri since they were toddlers. We began taking them when their teeth started to come in. Their treatment has always been outstanding and anytime they've needed dental work, the quality has been fantastic. One good visit, one bad, one traumatic. Our first visit was perfect. When going to the dentist, the first nurse to see my son & medicate him really sets the tone for the rest of the visit. The first nurse we had was nice, and subsequently we had a wonderful visit. The second time we went, the nurse not only seemed uncaring but somewhat aggressive. Mixed feelings. My 3 kids have been seen at both offices. The waiting area is cute in Eastlake and in Chula Vista it is small,crowded and horrible. I thought the assistants were all nice and helpful. Most of the dentists- I think there's like 3 were all rude and VERY short. It's true they do lots of extras just for the money. When I took my kids to 2 other dentists they totally disagreed with her plans of treatment.
