More like a play date Great place - my 3 year old son was scared for his first time (didn't know you had to take y our kid to the dentist by age 1)but after he walked in through the doors and started playing xbox and running around with all the other kids it seemed more like a play date than anything else.
****HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE**** I just recently took my toddler in to their F st. location for a routine check-up.The doctor who seen him stressed the need to have to fill in some teeth because she said they had cavities. I brought him in a few weeks later. NOT ONCE DID THE DOCTOR WHO SAW HIM SIT DOWN AND EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE TO ME. SINCE SHE WAS JUST IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM I ASKED THE NURSE (SO CALLED) I ASKED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND SHE HONESTLY WAS AN IDIOT SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO RESPOND AND HAD VERY LITTLE ED... read more
Dr. Keri and "super" staff I just made a post for Dr. Hoss and wanted to write about Dr. Keri as well, each time I have been there I have never had to wait and once again thank you for the Starbucks! Also the ladies in the back are so sweet, I can't rember her name but she did the cleaning and talked to child to help make her feel more relaxed.
Disneyland has competition I've been taking my kids to Dr. Keri for a while now. And everyone I know has been taking their kids there as well. And why not? They have everything a parent would want in doctors caring for their kids and everything a kid would want in a happy fun environment. I have and always will recommend my friends, neighbors and family to the super dentist Dr. Keri.
Awesome experience We've been taking our children to Dr. Keri's office for a few years to the F Street office location and although we've always been happy with the service and Dr. Keri and other doctors there, our children have always preferred to go to their Eastlake office because of all the cool games and decoration. We just went back to their F Street office today and now this location looks even better than their Eastlake. Outstanding experiences with Dr. Keri and Team for over a decade Our two sons (currently 9 and 13) have been patients of Dr. Keri since they were toddlers. We began taking them when their teeth started to come in. Their treatment has always been outstanding and anytime they've needed dental work, the quality has been fantastic. It's hard to believe my boys would be happy when we tell them it's time for their dental check-up. Their response is "Sweet!" Worse dental care My son saw Dr. Keri for a brief minute throughout treatment. They stressed the importance in having the work done the day after his first initial visit. They put two crowns and both fell out within months. The staff weren't polite and didn't return my phone calls when I was inquiring about the bill I received in the mail. When I had to bring my son back to get the crowns put back on, again he was tortured. The office is like a production line and very expensive. Awesome Service and a Friendly Staff My children have been patients of Dr. Keri for over a year at the Eastlake office and have had only GREAT SERVICE from the staff! We have seen many other dentist in the past and I can tell you that Dr. Keri's service is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, informative, personable and her work is one of the best that I've seen from all the other dentists that we've been to in the past...and we've been to a lot (since I'm pretty picky with getting good quality service). Awfull denstist and work!!!!! All the work that Dr.Keri has done on my daughter for the past 3yrs has had to be redone. Where do I start...The filling crack and fall out. The crowns she uses are not real crowns but plastic caps. They fall out constantly. My daughter had to have one tooth removed because it got infected after a root canal. The crowns that should be used are stainless steel with a porcelain overlay. That's for the front teeth.
