Mixed feelings. My 3 kids have been seen at both offices. The waiting area is cute in Eastlake and in Chula Vista it is small,crowded and horrible. I thought the assistants were all nice and helpful. Most of the dentists- I think there's like 3 were all rude and VERY short. It's true they do lots of extras just for the money. When I took my kids to 2 other dentists they totally disagreed with her plans of treatment. They actually told me that what she was planning to do with my son would cause him to have more problems later... read more

I have been very unsatisfied with the whole experience every time I have taken my children in the past year or so. Aweful Service Dr. Keri is a crook. She charged me for a service that my daughter never received and then got mad because I asked for a refund. My daughter went in to have work done. Because she was so small, we opted for her "behavior modification therapy" or whatever she call it. My husband and I both stayed in the office the entire time, to calm our daughter and keep her from crying. Dr. Keri came in and said a few goo-goos and ga-gas, then charged me over $150 for it! TERRIBLE I was very excited to visit Dr Keri's office. For years I have driven by the office knowing that I would take my kids there. First off, I called and made the appointment... I let them know that this was my daughter's first dental appointment ever. I was scheduled for 11:00 on a Monday. We waited over an hour to be seen. While we were waiting, a mom was complaining of waiting for over an hour for her soon to be treated. I don't mind waiting.... great dentist My daugther was seen at Dr. Keri's office she had 4 teeth removed and she did great Dr. Keri was very friendly and very patient with my daughter and the assistant was great. The staff was very nice and the office was very clean as well. I will recommend Dr Keri to all my friends and any else who is looking for a children's dentist.Thank you so much Dr Keri your doing a great job.
