Dr Blockson is so wonderful. Dr Merchant is the worst. Dr Merchant came into the room 45 minutes late this morning and didn't acknowledge the tardiness at all. I was the first appointment of the day at 9am. Last time we saw him, he was 1.5 hours late and he had nothing to say about his tardiness than either. He barely looked at my child and asked what of my list of questions was the most important and addressed that one alone. I hate the wait time why make an appointment and still wait 2 hours to be seen
The only thing I have a problem is when I'm in the room I wait for a while. If I go in the room I'd like to wait at least 5-10 min not 20-30min..
Too much appointment for each doctor, the organization is horrible!!!
Both my kids had been coming there since 1998 when my son was 2 mos old. I would not trade the world for Dr. Merchant. both my kids still want to come to Dr. Merchant but they are both adults now. Now my grandbaby comes to the office.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Merchant Pediatrics. All 5 of my kids have been going to the Turkey Lake location for a few years now and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else (as long as we live in Florida). All the ladies and Drs. are awesome, understanding, caring and will listen to your concerns and give you exactly what you need to help your child (ren) whether it be referrals for specialists, or just advice on what to do about concerns....they are there for you and your child (ren).
