On hold for 45min before getting a hold of someone to be put on hold again for 31 minutes
I try to call since 9 am on Tuesday the 26th and the message was the office is close, i kept getting same answers from the answer machine. I desided to go to check for my self and office was open. I asked if I can see the doctor ( the office by the loop) and the lady very rude told me no here you have to go to the office at hunters creek . But you should call to get an appointment, I explained to her I tried but it says is close she told me of course is lunch time, I says no I’m calling since 9 am and I keep getting same mes... read more
Every single time i go i wait an hour past my appointment time! It is a nightmare to try yo make an appointment when the phone lines open in the morning., & they wont let you make a sick child appt for the next day. Had 10:10 appt, 11:10 still have not been called back yet. Unacceptable! Receptionists are not friendly either!!!!
I will never bring my kids again. I was giving the run around. 3 visits in 16 days for them to refer my daughter to a podiatrist for a possible procedure that he said he would do himself. When I asked why she was not referred in the first place, I was told that the Podiatrist would not manage the infection. My response, so you are possibly sending my daughter to a podiatrist to cut her toe open and they can't manage the infection? Hmmm... It doesn't take a scientist to figure out they manage infections. I've take. My kids her for almost four years have no complaints. Staff is great love the ladies. Merchant is awesome wouldn't change him for anything
I have taken my 4 kids to him since 2000 and I cannot say anything but the best would not change him, his been always on top of different situations n the staff is amazing !!
Wonderful staff!!! Professional and courteous and dr. Merchant does not aged one bit still looks the same as eleven years ago when I first brought my baby girl
For 14 years Dr Merchants is been my children doctor..very professional doctor office..clean environments..
