Dr Nazaryan is an awesome doctor. She is very professional and nice person. Her whole stuff is very helpful and nice too. I love this doctor and her office very very much. I’ll recommend to everyone to go to this office.
Dr. Nazaryan is an exceptional Physician. She cares for her patients just like she would care for a family. With her carrying attitude she makes a positive difference even when you hopeless. If I have to chose another Physician, I definitely would chose her again.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Nazaryans office for years. She is an excellent listener and always does her best to help her patients. All these comments were honestly false information. Her staff is amazing and even though they are very busy they find the time to help the patients. I would totally reccomend her as a family physician.
This is the worst medical office that you can ever imagine. The staff is super unprofessional and rude. If you call them to make appointment they will give appointment in 5 months. If you go there without appointment you have to either wait for 5 hours or go next day and the chances are high that you will have to wait for hours and doctor won’t see you. The doctor sees the patients for less than 5 minutes. I went for X-ray and called to know about the reaults and they gave me wrong results......
I love and admire Dr. Nazaryan from my first visit. She is nice and caring, and also knowledgeable doctor. Her front desk girls are very nice and welcoming. Last time when I visited her, I waited in the office for 15 minutes even though I had an appointment. There were many walk-in patients in the office, I have to say they've gotten very busy in the last years, but it only says how great she and her staff is. I highly recommend Dr. Nazaryan to everyone.
The best in Glendale, Pasadena and Burbank areas!
Horrible service. Takes over 3 hours of wait time to actually see the doctor. Appointments are pointless with her, books 10 plus patients same time no room to sit either.
Poor customer service. The office staff is extremely rude especially over the phone. Always ongoing holds on lines. Need to call several times throughout day for couple of days to get an answer if you are lucky. Dr. spends only 2 minutes with the patient. No proper assessment. Main concern is the business and profit. I am definitely going to change my primary.
I was told that if I came in anytime between 2-2:30 the doctor would take me as a walk in. I'm in a very strict school, so taking 4 hours off that day to make it by that time, is a huge risk. I went in at 1:45 and saw her at 6. She finally came in the room and asked what's going on. I told her I went to the ER for my back pain. The ER recommended an MRI. She said no. I told her they have me morphine and norco. She told me how bad that is and prescribed Tylenol 3 without touching me or tests.
