Good hair braiding salon but was charged $300 for box braids. Too expensive.
Naza is a really beautiful salon and the front desk woman was super kind but that’s where the positives end unfortunately. I went in to get a half re-do and they were running late. I ended up waiting close to 3 hours until they were ready for me. I asked for smedium knotless but unfortunately she wasn’t able to really execute this style. Three weeks in and the braids are already slipping and my hair is frizzing out of the braid. For context, I average 6 weeks keeping braids in. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! This salon looks cute and high end, promoting a luxury experience. However this salon does not invest in professional stylists. These women are here to get a paycheck and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR. Be prepared to show up for your appointment and wait another 30min-1hr to be serviced. The stylist will braid too tightly and you will have to tell them several times throughout your service. Your hair will not be respected. BE WISE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Love coming to this shop! Wish they could open up in Oakland but the styles and execution on them last a good long time and I’m able to work and get my hair done. Win win 😎
